For people who sell their expertise, not a product

Your expertise was never the bottleneck. Everything around it is.

The follow-ups you keep meaning to send. The content you know you should post but don't. The inbox that eats your morning before you've done a single thing that pays. The proposal you rewrite from scratch every time, because you never built the system to do it once.

The thing capping you isn't your expertise. It's that there's only one of you, doing all of it, every day.

The shift

Stop doing it all by hand. Build a system that runs it.

More hours have a ceiling. A hire is another person to manage, and they leave with everything in their head.

So you build a system instead, one that runs the repeatable work for you.

The AI does the grunt work. You stay in control. It's the admin employee that never quits, never forgets, and gets sharper the longer you use it.

Your whole business on one dashboard

Your day, before and after

Two versions of the same morning.

Right now

Twelve tabs. Forty unread emails, three of them actually matter and you don't know which. A follow-up you forgot to send the client who almost said yes. By the time you've cleared the noise, it's lunch.

12 tabs · inbox (37)
Unread: client follow-up !
Draft post (not written) !
Unread: proposal request !
Calendar: 10am call
Outreach: none sent

…and the post still isn't written.

On the system

By 8am the busywork is handled. Your post went out, the one you approved last night. Your outreach is drafted and ready. Your inbox is triaged, replies waiting on your yes. Your 10am is prepped. None of it ran without you. It just stopped landing on your plate as work.

That's one version of the day, built for someone who lives on LinkedIn and email. Yours gets built around how you actually work. The point isn't LinkedIn. The point is your day, running itself.

The proof

I'm not going to tell you it works. I'm going to show you.

On our call I open my own business and walk you through it live. The content that posted itself this week. The outreach that got replies. My inbox, triaged. This is my real business, running on the exact thing I'd build with you.

When did someone last sell you a solution by showing it working on their own company first?

What you get

Not a course. Not a template. A working foundation of your own business system, built with you, in four weeks.

The core

A searchable brain for every client.

Every call, email, doc and note, per client. Ask it to prep your next call, draft the follow-up, or write the proposal, grounded in the real relationship, not generic guesswork. Nothing about a client ever lives only in your head again.

Client chat answering, grounded with citations
Content calendar with scheduled posts

A content engine in your voice.

Posts written, formatted, and scheduled, with graphics rendered in your brand. You watch your first week of content go out without touching it.

Outreach pipeline with verified leads

Outreach that actually runs.

Your ideal client defined, your lists built and verified, your sequences in your voice. The follow-up you keep forgetting, handled.

Inbox triaged with drafted replies

An inbox that runs itself down.

The few emails that matter, flagged, with replies already drafted. The rest, handled. You get your morning back.

Memory module showing learned voice preferences

A system that learns.

It watches what you actually send and gets sharper over time. Month three is better than month one, and you didn't do anything extra to make that happen.

The skill to build the rest yourself.

I teach you to use Claude Code to reshape the system in plain English. No developers. You describe what you need, it gets built. You take it anywhere your business goes.

Not another app

You don't rent this. You own it, and you never stop building it.

Every tool you've ever bought does one thing and never changes. You rent it, you bend your business to fit it, and the day it stops fitting, you start the search over again. This is the opposite: a foundation you own and keep shaping, for as long as your business runs on it.

You own it.

Your software, your data, your instance. Not a subscription you rent and bend your business to fit. It is yours, outright.

You build it. No code.

Plain English and Claude Code do the building. No developer, no engineering team, no waiting on anyone. You shape it yourself.

It evolves with you.

As AI advances and your business changes, it adapts. It fits everything you do, because you are the one who keeps building it to.

This is what actually leveraging AI looks like. Not subscribing to someone else's features. Owning a system you direct, that works the way you work, and grows as the technology and your business grow.

Built around your stack

Built around your stack, not someone else's.

If it has an API, we can connect it. We build on top of the tools you already use, not some product company's idea of how you should work.

We do it with Claude Code, so you can keep extending it yourself long after our four weeks are done.

How it works

Four weeks, built together. Three hours a week, one on one.

You're not building from scratch. Most of the system is already built, around 80% of it. Week one we dig into your business and find where the real leverage is. Then we build the system around those levers and teach you to run it, so by the end you have a working system shaped to how you actually work.

Week 1
1

Discover + your brain

We map your business, find your highest-leverage levers, and load your context and voice.

Week 2
2

Build around your levers

We build the parts that move the needle for you, not a fixed checklist.

Week 3
3

Wire your stack

Your tools connected and your data flowing, your way.

Week 4
4

You take the wheel

You learn to run and extend it yourself.

It's a living system. It grows with your business, and it grows with you.

The bigger shift

You'll never use AI the same way again.

Most people use AI like a smarter search bar. They ask a chatbot a question, copy the answer, and move on. That's the shallow end, and it's where almost everyone still is.

You'll learn the deep end: how to direct AI to build and run real systems, the work that used to need a developer or a team. That's a different skill entirely, and once you have it, you don't lose it.

And it doesn't stay inside this project. It changes how you approach everything from here on. A new tool to wire up, a process to systematize, an idea to test, you'll just build it.

The system is what you walk away with. Knowing how to build it is who you become. In a market about to be split between people who actually leverage AI and people who only talk about it, that puts you on the right side.

The guarantee

You'll leave with a working foundation and the skill to build on it, or you don't pay.

Over our four weeks I build the first version of your system with you, live, and teach you to run and extend it yourself. If at the end you don't have a working foundation up and the ability to keep building it, I refund you in full.

The only thing I ask in return: show up and do the work. I'm building this with you, not for you to watch. It only works if you're in the room.

Questions

The things you're probably wondering.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want in plain English and Claude Code builds it. The whole point is that you never touch code. I teach you exactly how to drive it during the four weeks.
What is Claude Code, and do I need a subscription for it?
Claude Code is Anthropic's AI tool that writes and changes software from plain-English instructions. It's how you extend your system yourself, long after we're done. You'll have a Claude plan to run it, a modest monthly cost paid directly to Anthropic. Like any system, you also cover your own hosting and any tools you choose to plug in. All of it is paid straight to those providers, never to me, and it's what keeps you independent instead of dependent on a developer.
How technical do I need to be?
Comfortable on a computer and willing to learn. If you can use a CRM and follow along on a screen-share, you can do this. No developer background, no IT team, no engineering. You bring the business knowledge; the system handles the building.
Where does this live, and who owns it?
Your own instance, on your own accounts. Your database, your hosting, your data. It is not my servers and it is not a shared cloud you rent from me. You own it outright and you can take it anywhere.
Is there a monthly fee or a license?
No license fee, ever. It is one time. You cover your own running costs, the Claude plan and basic hosting, which are small and paid directly to those providers. I do not hold you to a subscription. Optional community and coaching exist later if you want them, but they are never required.
Is my client data private?
Yes. Everything lives in your own instance, under your control. Your client notes, calls, and emails never sit on a shared system. That is the whole reason this is built around you instead of handed to you as an app.
What if my tools are different from yours?
We build around your stack, not mine. If it has an API, we connect it: Gmail or Outlook, your CRM, your calendar, your docs. The base is the same; the shape is yours.
What if I get stuck after the four weeks?
You won't be dependent on me. You'll know how to extend the system yourself with Claude Code, in plain English. And if you want ongoing help, there's an optional community and coaching, entirely your choice.

A note from me

Most software like this is built to keep you renting it, dependent on whoever sold it to you. I didn't want to build that.

I think the people who come out ahead from here are the ones who own their tools and can actually build with AI themselves, not the ones renting access to someone else's. So you get the system outright, and I teach you to run and extend it, even though that means you won't need me when we're done. That's the whole idea.

I built this because I needed it. I'm handing it over this way because I think it's the right way to do it.

GB Gavin Berman AI consultant. I run my own business on this.

You already know the work isn't the bottleneck.

The bottleneck is that everything around the work still runs through you, one task at a time, every single day.

You can keep adding hours you don't have. Or you can spend four weeks building the system that takes it off your plate for good, and walk away knowing how to make it whatever your business needs next.

I'll show you mine running on the call. Then we build yours.

This is hands-on and built around your business, so I only take on a few people at a time. The call is to see if it's a fit, both ways.
